Orders are processed and dispatched quickly, the same day in discreet, insulated packaging designed to preserve compound integrity. Lyophilized peptides are stable when at ambient temperatures for shipping and will not degrade during the shipping window.
Shipping is free after $75 and upgraded to two-day priority.
Storage on arrival
For long-term stability, store lyophilized product frozen. Reconstitute only under appropriate laboratory conditions and follow standard handling practices. Once reconstituted, product should be refrigerated for a shelf life of 30-45 days depending on the compound.
Returns
Returns can be processed in the case that your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or lab analysis demonstrates impurities/incorrect dosing/compounds. For these scenarios, reach out to us within 14 days and we will work with you to make things right. See our contact page to start a claim.
