Quality is verified, not assumed. Every production batch we bring into inventory is sampled and independently tested before it is offered for sale.
Every batch. Every time.
This is the part most suppliers quietly skip: it is common in this industry to test a compound once and then reuse that certificate for every restock afterward. We don’t do that.
Each new production batch is sampled and submitted for its own independent analysis. When we restock a compound, that new lot is tested again and receives its own Certificate of Analysis tied to that specific batch. A certificate from a previous lot is never carried forward to cover new inventory, because it can’t honestly speak to material it never touched.
If a batch does not pass, it does not go on the shelf.
What every batch is tested for
- Identity — confirmation that the compound is what it is labeled as, by mass spectrometry.
- Purity — quantified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), targeting ≥ 99%.
- Sterility — sterility testing on the finished, sealed vial.
- Documentation — a Certificate of Analysis is issued for the batch, recording the results above.
Tested by an independent laboratory
Testing is performed by an accredited third-party analytical laboratory (Janoshik) — not in-house, and not by the manufacturer alone. Each report carries its own verification key, so the result can be checked directly with the lab rather than taken on our word.
Where to find the COA for any product
We publish the certificates rather than describing them. To view the COA for any compound:
- Open the product page from the Shop.
- Scroll to the tabs beneath the product details.
- Select the “Additional Information” tab — the Certificate of Analysis for that product is displayed there, and can be viewed or downloaded in full.
If a product currently reads “Product Tested by Manufacturer — Our own Testing is in Progress — COA coming soon!”, that lot has been tested by the manufacturer and our own independent verification is still underway. We publish the certificate as soon as it is returned — we would rather show you nothing than show you a document that doesn’t correspond to the vial you receive.
Questions about a specific batch?
If you need batch-specific documentation for your records, contact us at support@saltairresearchpeptides.com and we will provide the certificate covering the lot you received.
