Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched quickly, the same day in discreet, insulated packaging designed to preserve compound integrity. Lyophilized peptides are stable when at ambient temperatures for shipping and will not degrade during the shipping window.
Shipping is free after $75 and upgraded to two-day priority.
Storage on arrival
For long-term stability, store lyophilized product frozen. Reconstitute only under appropriate laboratory conditions and follow standard handling practices. Once reconstituted, product should be refrigerated for a shelf life of 30-45 days depending on the compound.
Returns
Unopened, sealed product may be returned for a full refund for up to 30 days after you receive it. Contact us to start the return; once we receive and inspect the item we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
Reconstituted product is not returnable. Once a vial has been mixed it can’t be verified or resold, so we can’t accept it back — but it may still be eligible for a refund. Contact support and we will work through it with you case by case.
Damaged, incorrect, or impure product. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or independent lab analysis demonstrates impurities or incorrect dosing, reach out within 14 days with photos or the report. We will replace it or refund in full and we cover the return shipping. See our contact page to start a claim.
